“Guest Foodie of the Month” Contest
Will you be our next ‘Guest Foodie of the Month”?
Do you know a great street food vendor in Saigon?
Do you have a favorite neighborhood restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City?
Do you know a place hidden in a small Saigon alley where only the locals eat now?
If you do, share it with Eating Saigon! and the rest of the world! Then each month, we’ll visit the restaurant or street vendor that you recommend. If it becomes our favorite for that month, YOU WIN! It’s that easy! We will post some of your recommendations on Eating Saigon! so others can enjoy them and offer their comments.
When you become one of our winners, we’ll tell everyone about your eating adventure and post your name and photo on Eating Saigon! as our “Guest Foodie of the Month.” Thousands of people all over the world will see you and read about your favorite Saigon eating adventure (maybe you’ll become famous!) AND, we’ll also treat you and your guest to a FREE meal at Hai’s restaurant in Saigon, Dong Hoa Xuan.

Here’s how it works:
- Visit one of your favorite Saigon places to eat – a small street food vendor or a neighborhood restaurant. (Remember, we don’t care about big tourist restaurants.)
- Bring your camera or smart phone to take photos of your meal, and the restaurant or street food vendor.
- When you eat, take lots of pictures and keep some notes about your meal and about the restaurant.
- Maybe ask the people there: What time they open? What time they close? How long have they been in business?
- Get the exact address (Street #, District?, intersection?) so other readers can find it later.
- Make sure you have a good picture of YOU. So, when you win our “Guest Foodie of the Month” contest, the world will see who you are!
- Now, complete and submit our Guest Foodie Entry Form below.
We’ll e-mail you to let you know whether you are our “Guest Foodie of the Month” winner. If so, we’ll post your photo on Eating Saigon! for a full month. And we’ll invite you and a guest to enjoy a free meal at Hai’s now-famous restaurant, Dong Hoa Xuan.
